Shipping costs for Greece are €5.

If the volume and/or weight of the order is greater than what the system automatically calculates, there may be an additional charge, of which you will be informed before shipping.

In case the recipient is in a remote area or village with difficulty of access or the courier company does not have a local station, the shipping cost increases.

If you wish to pay by cash on delivery, the additional fee is €2.50.
Delivery times Orders completed on a working day by 14:00 are delivered to the courier company on the same day. The delivery time after is: Attica and mainland destinations: 1-2 working days Island destinations: up to 3 working days Hard-to-reach areas: up to 5 working days – Product deliveries are made on weekdays except holidays. For delivery on Saturday by courier (if you choose it) there is an additional charge of €3 including VAT. 24%. No deliveries are made on Sunday.
General notes – During peak periods such as Christmas and Easter, the time period varies. Customers will be informed of the exact delivery time. – Depending on the place – destination of your delivery by courier, for very remote – hard-to-reach areas it may take 1-2 days more. – Due to the nature of the products it is not possible to send products to PO boxes.

Through your account you can select the “Order history” option where you can see the status of your order until the moment we deliver it to the courier company. In any case, you can contact us either by phone at +306945970297, or by sending an email to info@valis-kidsfashion.gr and we will be happy to assist you regarding the progress of your order. Of course when your order is ready to ship we will notify you electronically.
